We're Hella Married
Somebody once told me that the things that go wrong on your wedding day are the ones that stand out the most, and — at least in my case — that's absolutely true.
On April 14, 2018, Christopher and I said "I do" on San Francisco's Treasure Island, surrounded by our loved ones, and it was just imperfect enough to be . . . well, perfect! I've never felt so much love for another person, and it was a dream come true to make things official while surrounded by such genuinely awesome people.
The moments that didn't go according to plan are some of favorite memories from the wedding day. To name a few: my veil flew off and smacked somebody in the face as I was walking down the aisle, we had a few drunk and disrespectful wedding crashers at the reception, and our "getaway car" limo driver got pulled over on the ride back to our hotel. Between the few things that went wrong and the many, many things that went right, it truly was the perfect day to solidify our commitment and love to one another (and to party HARD with our dearest family and friends).
There really aren't enough words to describe how much I treasure our wedding day, and how blessed I feel to officially be lifelong partners with my favorite guy . . . so I guess I'll let photos do the talking. If a picture is worth a thousand words, then this gallery of snaps from the wedding is like the Encyclopedia Britannica.
